How are watches delivered to me?
At WOWwatches, orders are delivered through Royal Mail (Tracked and signed ) for UK deliveries. For international orders, we use Royal Mail International (Tracked and signed). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor the delivery status.

Can we provide videos of the inside movement of the watch?
We are unable to provide videos of the inside of the watch. Removing stickers or opening the watch would render it used, which significantly reduces its resale value.

Can I pick up my watch?
At WOWwatches, we operate as an online-only business, and all watches are shipped directly to customers. Unfortunately, we do not offer pickups. Watches are posted to you via Royal Mail (Tracked and signed ) or Royal Mail International (Tracked and signed) for international orders.

Are watches waterproof?
The waterproofing rating is merely a guide from the factory. We do not advise getting any replica watch in contact with water unless it has been certified waterproofed by a professional. We do not guarantee the product’s water resistance, hence there will be no refund, store credit, exchange, or free repair on any watches with water damage. We advise you to get it certified by the professional.
How do I track my order?
Yes, once your watch is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status. For in-stock watches, this is usually available within a day, and for not-in-UK-Stock-watches, tracking details will be provided as soon as your order is shipped.

- Verify Waterproofing: The factory waterproofing rating is a guide only. We advise against exposing any replica watch to water unless it has been certified waterproofed by a professional. We do not guarantee water resistance, and therefore, no refunds, store credits, exchanges, or free repairs will be provided for water damage. We recommend having it certified by a professional.

In case of any issue in watch, what is the resolution period for that?
In case of any issues with your watch, please note that WOWwatches is the seller, not the manufacturer. We will need to contact the factory to resolve the problem, which may take around 2 weeks. Rest assured, we are committed to resolving any watch-related issues for you.

What is the delivery time of the item?
Delivery times at WOWwatches depend on the availability of the watch:
- In-stock watches (UK): Next-day delivery.
- Not-in-UK-stock watches: Delivery typically takes 3-4 weeks.
- International orders: We use Royal Mail International (Tracked and signed), and delivery generally takes 3-4 weeks, depending on the country.
For Not-in-UK-stock items, we take a £100 deposit to secure your order, and the remaining balance is paid when the watch arrives in our inventory, just before we dispatch it to you.

Is there a warranty?
At WOWwatches, we offer a 3-month warranty of movement on all of our superclone watches. If you experience any issues, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us, and we will assist you.

What’s the return policy?
At WOWwatches, once you receive your watch and remove any stickers, it is considered Used and cannot be returned, as it cannot be resold as new.
