60-Day Movement Warranty
WOWWATCHES provides a 60-day movement warranty on all watches unless stated otherwise. This warranty is valid for 60 days from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers movement-related faults only and applies strictly to internal mechanical or automatic movement issues that occur under normal use.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects affecting the movement
- Movement malfunction not caused by external factors
What Is NOT Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic issues (scratches, marks, fading)
- Damage caused by impact, misuse, or improper handling
- Water damage (unless water resistance is explicitly stated and agreed in writing)
- Damage caused by magnetisation
- Any repairs, servicing, or opening of the watch by a third party
Warranty Conditions
- Any issue must be reported within the 60-day warranty period.
- Customers must provide clear video evidence demonstrating the movement issue.
- The watch must not have been opened, modified, or repaired by anyone other than WOWWATCHES.
- All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by WOWWATCHES.
WOWWATCHES reserves the right to repair, replace, or offer an alternative solution at its sole discretion.
